When I drove up to Brianne’s family property in Orangeville, New York, I found Tommy standing in the road in the late summer sunlight, looking out over the golden hills, the neighboring Christmas tree farm, and and the long road that leads to their little corner of the world. Tommy pointed me in the right direction, and I rolled and bumped my way up a little dirt path to the scene of this lovely, lovely session.
One of the things that I love about engagement sessions is that they give a couple a moment to pause, reflect, and simply celebrate the love that’s led them to spend the rest of their days together. Brianne and Tommy’s session was nothing if not that – a quiet moment, away from wedding planning, away from everyday life, away far from the noise of traffic. When you’re with these two, you can feel the spark between them, and I was lucky enough to capture a few of those moments on this beautiful piece of earth, in the last of that warm summer sunlight!
